Who’s Eligible?
Members of the furnishings and interior design trade, including retailers, online retailers, decorators and interior designers, wholesalers, specifiers, import/exporters, rent-to-own stores, builders/developers, and architects who are from a country outside of the U.S. and its territories.
Registration Dates
New Company Application closed April 17 at 5pm ET.
Pre-registration ends April 22 at 6pm ET.
Onsite registration opens April 24 at 7am ET *fee applies.
What do I need?
- Business license (translated to English)
- VAT Tax Certificate or Tax Identification Card from your country
- Business card from each attendee
- Driver’s license or photo identification for each attendee
For Canadian Buyers
- Vendor Permit or Corporation Certificate or GST/HST Certificate
- Business card from each attendee
- Driver’s license or photo identification for each attendee
Additional Information: Passes were mailed to those who registered online by March 27. If a letter of invitation is required to obtain a U.S. Visa, please email your request to international@highpointmarket.org with a copy of the identification page of passport. Letters of invitation can only be issued once the registration process is completed. Most U.S. Consulates accept a digital PDF format for letters of invitation. Please allow at least five business days for processing.
Pass Fees: Buyer passes are free during pre-registration, which ends on April 22 at 6pm ET, and $30 each during Market, beginning with onsite registration opening on April 23. All fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. Payment is accepted via credit card only.
PASS POLICIES & GUIDELINES
By registering, you agree to adhere to these outlined policies and guidelines.
- A pass is valid only for the Market for which it was issued. The Market will be specified in the header of the pass.
- A valid pass is required of all attendees.
- Showroom hours: Saturday - Tuesday 8am - 7pm, Wednesday 8am - 5pm (Please note: We encourage scheduling appointments for your showroom visits.)
- Showroom entry is at exhibitor’s discretion. Photography is prohibited without approval.
- No children under 15 years of age are allowed.
- Only service dogs. No other animals permitted.
- All passes are non-transferable. Good for bearer only.
Failure to adhere to Policies & Guidelines will result in immediate revocation of pass and removal from future pass consideration.
