At PET Lamp, we transform PET plastic bottles into handcrafted lamps by merging industrial waste with ancestral weaving traditions from around the world. What began as a design experiment has grown into a global movement rooted in circular design, social impact, and cultural preservation. Each lamp is a unique piece—woven by indigenous artisans using their own techniques, materials, and motifs. Through co-design and deep collaboration, our lamps embody both the story of the communities who craft them and the urgency of rethinking single-use plastics. Today, PET Lamp pieces illuminate homes and institutions globally, including the Centre Pompidou, V&A Museum, M+ Hong Kong, and Bauhaus Dessau.
