Add to MyMarketA curated market experience set in a striking, state-of-the-art space set in a historically restored 155,000 sq ft 20th century mill, surrounded by gardens and outdoor spaces, just a 5 minute walk from IHFC. Conceived by Rudi Nijssen and Dominique Sente, the visionary couple behind antiques market and lighting brand Collected by Schwung, this state-of-the-art facility showcases a new curated market experience with an unparalleled blend of outdoor luxury, sustainability, antique dealers, and cutting-edge design. "We envision 313 Space as an antithesis to the typical market building," said Rudi, co-founder of Schwung. "Our goal is to create an environment that not only showcases exceptional products, but also provides an inspiring experience for visitors." We've curated a mix of 60 designers and brands with a shared ethos to exhibit in our unique space. Additionally, Schwung Home, occupies the majority of the first floor, joined by Dedon's US Headquarters, are open year-round. We always open early on the first Wednesday before market. Join us at 8:30 AM for early bird breakfast, get first dibs on the best antiques and make pre-market appts with your favorite vendors ahead of the crush. Grab a coffee & croissant at one of our two cafes in the morning or wind down with a glass of wine at the end of the day in the sanctuary of our courtyard garden.

Scandinavian Craft & Home: A Living Legacy

Amy Kate Larson, Co-Founder and Creative Director of Scandinavian Design Shop, and Stephanie Seal Brown, master handweaver and textile designer. Join us for an intimate gathering devoted to craft, authenticity, and the enduring traditions of Scandinavian making. This event celebrates the living legacy of craftsmanship across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland — from historic weaving mills to workshops producing timeless furniture, lighting, and home objects. Guests will enjoy Swedish cardamom buns and coffee, and receive a Nordic kitchen gift — a traditional dish towel with Scandinavian candies and salts — a small reflection of a culture where beauty, usefulness, and care are woven into everyday life.
