Our online submission form is now closed for new companies. If you'd like to apply for approval onsite, please visit one of our registration locations upon arrival with the documentation outlined below.
Who's Eligible?
Members of the home furnishings industry including factoring companies, manufacturers not exhibiting in High Point, trade association execs, advertising/ marketing/public relations, consultants, companies providing services to High Point Market exhibitors, suppliers of fabric, springs, foam, furniture finishes, etc.
Registration Dates:
New Company Applications accepted through October 9, 5pm ET.
Pre-registration available through October 14, 6pm ET.
Onsite domestic registration opens October 15, 7am ET *fee applies.
Onsite international registration opens October 16, 7am ET *fee applies.
To apply for approval onsite, please present the following credentials at a registration location listed below:
- Using company letterhead, provide a brief description of your company and reason for attending
- Business Card
- Company’s complete mailing address
- Photo ID (e.g. current driver’s license, company ID, state identification card)
Registration locations:
All 4 entrances to IHFC, Showplace, Suites at Market Square,
Market Square (High Street), C&D, 220 Elm, Centers of
High Point - Hamilton, Plaza Suites, Furniture Plaza.
To register onsite for international, please present the above credentials at the International Buyers Center, located in the High Point Theatre in the Transportation Terminal.
Additional Information: If you are requesting a letter of invitation to obtain a U.S. Visa, a copy of the identification page of passport is required. Letters of invitation can only be issued once the registration process is completed. Most U.S. Consulates accept a digital PDF format for letters of invitation; however, if you require the original copy, shipping will be at your own cost and will require a UPS, DHL or FedEx company account number. Please allow at least five business days for processing. Deadline is September 11, 2026 for letter of invitation requests. Please send your request to international@highpointmarket.org.
Pass Fees: Industry passes are $55 each during pre-registration, which ends on October 14, 6pm ET, and $85 each during Market, beginning with onsite registration opening on October 15. All fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. Payment is accepted via credit card only.
High Point Market is open to the trade only. Individual exhibitors determine access to their showroom. Children under 15 years old are not allowed at High Point Market. Service dogs are the only animals permitted. No photography unless permission is granted by building or exhibitor.
PASS POLICIES & GUIDELINES
By registering, you agree to adhere to these outlined policies and guidelines.
- A pass is valid only for the Market for which it was issued. The Market will be specified in the header of the pass.
- A valid pass is required of all attendees.
- Showroom hours: Saturday - Tuesday 8am - 7pm, Wednesday 8am - 5pm (Please note: We encourage scheduling appointments for your showroom visits.)
- Showroom entry is at exhibitor’s discretion. Photography is prohibited without approval.
- No children under 15 years of age are allowed.
- Only service dogs. No other animals permitted.
- All passes are non-transferable. Good for bearer only.
Failure to adhere to Policies & Guidelines may result in immediate revocation of pass and removal from future pass consideration.

Photography, audio, and video recording may occur at High Point Market. By attending you consent to such recording and its release, publication, or reproduction for documentary and publicity purposes.
